Player Rating Workshop Opportunity

The Sequim Picklers are excited to share a unique opportunity for our members!

Member Kendal Wake is offering to conduct player rating workshops. Kendal recently became a Certified Pickleball Coaching International Rater and is pleased to offer ratings free of charge to members. (Non-members may participate for a $20 fee.)

Each evaluation takes about 30 minutes and includes assessment of key skills such as:

• Drives to the baseline

• Approach shots to the net

• Overheads

• Serves

• Volleys

• Dinks

Scores are primarily based on consistency.

Kendal will also record your session and provide you with both the video and score sheet, along with personalized suggestions for improvement. These materials are great tools to track your progress or work with a coach to enhance your game. After a couple of months of practice, you can schedule a follow-up evaluation to see how you’ve improved.
